The protagonist of this movie Lawrence Talbot returns home after discovering his brother has gone missing. When Lawrence returns home, his father informs him that his brothers mauled body has been found. Lawrence makes a pact to discover how his brother was killed and starts by visiting a travelling gypsie camp which was in the area at the time. While at the camp a mysterious wolf-like creature descends upon the camp and bites Lawrence in the shoulder. When the next full moon comes he transforms into the Wolfman and kills many townspeople.
I have mixed opinions about this movie, it was very dark and constantly had you on the edge of your seat. The acting in this movie was excellent, but the special effects used were a big let down. I would give this movie a 7.5 out of 10, it would be higher if the special effects were better.
